Serve as a Shakey’s® guest “ambassador”. Provide guests with our fine beverages in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Thoroughly familiar with Shakey’s® products, suggestive selling and service. Project a pleasant and upbeat personality, interacting with guests in a friendly, fun and professional manner.
Summary of Essential Duties

Consistently practice Shakey’s® Signature Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakey’s® experience. |

Provide fun, yet professional, beverage service to our guests. |

Complete opening procedures for work station. |
| • |
Adhere to Alcohol and Beverage Commission standards in pouring, serving and stocking all beverages, condiments and bar supplies. |
| • |
Follow Shakey’s® proper POS/Cash Handling procedures. |
| • |
Maintain Work Area cleanliness and sanitation standards. |
| • |
Stock station, as required. |
| • |
Comply with ServSafe™ practices with regard to personal cleanliness and food handling. |
| • |
Supports other work stations, as needed. |
Qualifications and Experience

Previous alcohol service experience, preferred. |
| • |
Must be 21 years or older to pour alcoholic beverages when a designated bar (with POS) is present. |
| • |
Practice suggestive selling techniques. |
Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Outstanding verbal communication skills. |

Ability to read and speak English. |
| • |
Knowledge of proper alcohol beverage pouring requirement. |

Knowledge of proper alcohol beverage storage requirements. |

Knowledge of proper alcoholic beverage equipment maintenance. |

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation. |
Education

High School education, diploma or GED, preferred. |
