JOB SUMMARY
Provide guests with the cleanest service-ware possible by washing plates, glass and silverware, as well as pots and pans, and disassembled parts of the equipment and tools and anything else as required by Shakey’s® Standards. Additional jobs may include general cleaning of food preparation areas and station, picking up and sweeping the main parking lot, dining area or restrooms, and food utility preparation of items.
Summary of Essential Duties
Dining Room Attendant

Consistently practice Shakey’s® Signature Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakey’s® experience. |

Consistently maintain opening procedures for work station. |
| • |
Review cleaning/stocking checklist for position, and complete tasks. |
| • |
Pre-bus tables according to table bussing procedures. |
| • |
Greet the guests upon arrival at the table. |
| • |
Respond to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process. |
| • |
Continually monitor table for quality of food, service and fun. |
| • |
Consistently close guest experience with statements of appreciation and invitation to return to Shakey’s. |

Clear and clean the table immediately upon the guests' departure. |
| • |
Check restrooms for cleanliness and stock every thirty minutes, and initial the checklist. |
| • |
Every hour check parking lot and planters, walkways, windows, sills, doors and glass, interior floors, carpeting, and runner stations. |
| • |
Complete all side work before the completion of the shift. |
| • |
Support other work stations, as needed. |
Food Runner
| • |
Greet the guests upon arrival at the table. |
| • |
Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests’ choices from kitchen. |

Practice suggestive selling techniques. |
| • |
Respond to additional guest requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process. |

Continually monitor table for quality of food, service and fun. |
