Dough Maker

JOB SUMMARY

Provide our guests with the highest quality food available. Prepare dough according to Shakey’s® Standards, ensuring proper proofing, labeling, dating, and product rotation. Open and close station, properly store all products. Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment and dough area.

 
Summary of Essential Duties

Consistently practice Shakey’s® Signature Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakey’s® experience.
Complete opening/closing procedures for work station.
Safely and effectively operate kitchen (dough) equipment and kitchen utensils.
Daily Dough Usage chart followed and completed.
Verify with Manager-in-Charge that enough dough has been prepared for the remainder of the day.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of product before clocking out.
Complete Daily Operations Log sign off on tasks completed.
Comply with ServSafe™ practices with regard to personal cleanliness and food handling.
Support other work stations, as needed.


Qualifications and Experience

1 year previous restaurant experience, preferred.

 

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Mathematical ability with addition and subtraction.
Ability to read instructions and write product labeling.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to reach/lift over shoulders repetitively.


Education

High School education, diploma (or in process) or GED, preferred.
