JOB SUMMARY
Assume an active role in providing an outstanding guest experience, leading and developing team members, serving consistently high quality products and ensuring sound financial results and consistent practice of Shakey’s® standards.
Summary of Essential Duties

Plan, schedule, lead and direct restaurant operations. |

Achieve budget targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. |

Create an environment of outstanding guest service every day. |
| • |
Provide timely communication with team members, operations and the support center. |
| • |
Execute in-store and local marketing and support national marketing efforts to proactively increase sales and revenue. |
| • |
Coach team members and lead to ensure flawless shift execution. |
| • |
Develop and maintain a positive learning environment and supportive training culture. |
| • |
Implement restaurant safety and maintenance programs to comply with Shakey’s® standards. |
| • |
Manage food, supply and merchandise inventories consistent with budget guidelines. |
| • |
Control daily labor schedule. |
| • |
Maintain appropriate staffing levels through team member recruitment and selection. |
| • |
Follow cash handling policies and procedures as outlined in the Cash Handling Policy. |
| • |
Participate in the community to enhance the image, marketing and philanthropy of Shakey’s®. |
| • |
Demonstrate fair and equal understanding and inclusion of the diversity of team members’ backgrounds, cultures and points of view. |

Evaluate Team Members and Management Team performance per Shakey’s® requirements. |

Comply with ServSafe™ practices with regard to personal cleanliness and food handling. |
Qualifications and Experience
| • |
3-5 years general management experience in a $1-2M quick-service/fast casual restaurant operation. |
| • |
Previous experience with successful games management and redemption programs, preferred. |
| • |
ServSafe™ certified. |
| • |
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. |
