JOB SUMMARY

Provide guests with the cleanest service-ware possible by washing all plates, glass and silverware, as well as pots and pans, and disassembled parts of equipment and tools. Additional jobs may include general cleaning of food preparation areas and stations, picking up and sweeping the main parking lot, dining area or restrooms, and food utility preparation of items. >>>

DINING ROOM ATTENDANT/FOOD RUNNER
JOB SUMMARY

Serve as Shakey’s® guest "ambassador". Provide guests with the finest food and drink in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Provide guests with a clean restaurant environment by removing soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from the tables. Secondary responsibilities include proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, booths, tableware, restrooms and performing other duties as assigned. >>>

Serve as a Shakey’s® guest "ambassador". Provide guests with our fine beverages in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Thoroughly familiar with Shakey’s® products, suggestive selling and service. Project a pleasant and upbeat personality, interacting with guests in a friendly, fun and professional manner. >>>

COOK

Provide our guests with the highest quality food available. Prepare, cook and present all foods according to Shakey’s® standards. Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of the equipment and work stations. May be assigned to either Prep Station, Pizza Maker, Fry Station or Buffet Station. >>>

DOUGH MAKER
JOB SUMMARY

Provide our guests with the highest quality food available. Prepare dough according to Shakey’s® Standards, ensuring proper proofing, labeling, dating, and product rotation. Open and close station, properly store all products. Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment and dough area. >>>

GAME ATTENDANT
JOB SUMMARY

Actively and enthusiastically promote an atmosphere of fun, excitement and game competition among our "kid" guests. Help with the games, serve our guests at the Redemption Center and demonstrate game play. Help with routine game/ticket maintenance and repairs. Ensure all games, Redemption Center and game room are sparkling clean and free of litter. >>>

A Guest Service Leader (GSL) is one of the key contact points for our Guests’ Signature Shakey’s® experience. A GSL is responsible for always providing enthusiastic, friendly Shakey’s® Signature Service to each Guest, generating sales, housekeeping, cash register operations (POS) and accurate cash handling. >>>
